feat(devti): implement tools panel and chatbot configuration in MCP Preview with v0 #371

- Add tools panel with database, file, web, and AI tools
- Implement chatbot configuration dialog with temperature and max tokens settings
- Add tool details dialog
- Create UI for chatbot input and send functionality
- Update preferred focused component to chat input field
