reading Amara Graham's blog I have seen that we cannot send strings as input message anymore, so I have deleted that example and added an extract from the script `ExampleAssistant.cs` that I think might help the users.

I have updated the instruction on how to send a message to Watson Assistant. Now we cannot send strings anymore and we need to create a messageRequest object.
Moreover, I added an extract of the script
ExampleAssistant.csbecause I think it will help the users (it surely helped me! :))
