The `mbed ls` output was pretty out of date from the mbed-os master branch, I updated it to reduce potential confusion. The `mbed compile` and `mbed test` commands also didn't have the `mbed` prefix when first introduced in the README. This has been added to be more consistent with the rest of the README.
