This PR adds a test for the issue that was raised in #268.

This PR will fail as is. When #269 is merged, I will rebase it so we can make sure it passes.

Coverage Status

Coverage increased (+0.7%) to 73.958% when pulling 929fcbe on bridadan:add_retarget_logging_coverage into 51e3d74 on ARMmbed:master.
