Sorry, I do not know what script you are referring to. Do you have any further information?

I thought that all files in tools/arm_pack_manager are generated

You may well be right, but I don't know how and haven't found anyone who knows either.

Hey mark, tools/project.py --update-packs updates tools/arm_pack_manager/index.json and tools/arm_pack_manager/aliases.json. Cheers.
