Description

Makes STM32-L073RZ pass overnight CI atomic test (timeout was a little too small).

Looks good. Many time limits are too short for CI run where is internet between device and host machine

CI test failed seems not related:
'set_several_keys_multithreaded': 0 passed, 3 failed with reason 'Test Cases Failed'
test suite 'mbed-os-tests-psa-crypto_access_control' ......................................... TIMEOUT in 1800.64 sec
LPC55S69 also failed this test on another CI.
