Description

These provide information to allow Cypress graphical configuration tools to avoid conflicting usage of hardware resources which are managed by firmware included with the BSP. There is no functional impact to mbed-os.

Why do we need these files if Mbed OS does not use them?

Why do we need these files if Mbed OS does not use them?

Because users may wish to use the Cypress graphical configuration tools when modifying the BSPs for a custom board.
