fix for suppress 'unknown object name' messages from memap.py

by using the -lto option on gcc and windows,
many messages like above are produced.
removed by ignoring .ltrans.o files

Thanks for the fixes. I checked on the Linux, we are not seeing the same warning messages which reported in #12539.
But anyway I tested this PR on Linux, it works just fine.
