Remove minimal-printf extension profile

Summary of changes

Removed minimal-printf extension profile. Usage of minimal-printf library is enabled via the target.printf_lib configuration parameter as described in minimal-printf README, see https://github.com/ARMmbed/mbed-os/tree/master/platform/source/minimal-printf#usage for more details.

Impact of changes

Applications can no longer use the obsolete minimal-printf extension profile.
