Real test failures:

• connectivity-feature_ble-source-cordio-tests-cordio_hci-driver on multiple boards: Known failure. Will be looked into.

A number of spurious failures due to flaky test infrastructure. All pass when tested manually:

@0xc0170 Ok we're past the license issues but now the doxygen job is failing. I'm not sure what the issue is though. Do you know what's happening here? https://app.travis-ci.com/github/ARMmbed/mbed-os/jobs/522271561

I believe that is because the extension .s. Please use capital .S for assembly files (there were some toolchain related errors when .s is used).
