See description. Everything HAL wise went into KLXX, with target specific in subfolders. Only interrupt and spi are in target specific since they are target specific. Also you cannot set the uart anymore for 9 or 10 databits (the code supported it to set it like that, but the actually read/write only did 8-bits)
Now Martin is happy :)

Thans a lot! Looks good. Merging manually was not too problematic, fortunately. Targets still build fine, but this will definitely require testing before releasing a new SDK build. |

Bringing the code of all KLxxZ devices to a single code base, with some target specific files.
Other change is that the option to set 9/10 bit UART transmissions is removed: The code to set the correct registers was there, but the actual write and read code only did 8-bit. Someone else can properly implement that ;)
