1. Update dependencies and start virtual environment. This should be done everytime you pull new changes

might be worth noting here , it used to be for windows. :) I would make that note below On Windows, the virtualenv would be activated by executing env\Scripts\activate

@0xc0170 But.... there is no Scripts folder in venv? Anyway, let me remove this change from the changeset.

It is, I believe it differs between OS. Prior your change was targetting windows or?
