Enabled TRNG functionality for UBLOX_EVK_ODIN_W2 target the same way as:
#2611

Steps to test or reproduce

Tested the same way as done for #2611 for ARM and GCC_ARM.

I could not connect the boards to our internal network which means two tests failed:
features-feature_lwip-tests-mbedmicro-net-udp_echo_client
features-feature_lwip-tests-mbedmicro-net-tcp_client_echo

The other two test cases passed for lwip.

I also added a fix for ARM toolchain to be able to pass this test:
rtos-rtx-target_cortex_m-tests-memory-heap_and_stack
