Please accept this request with all the other requests in order that everything goes back to normal as it was before the rebase was done.

See:
https://mbed.org/questions/3181/Inconsistent-results-when-attempting-wri/
for the issue. Now every byte read is treated equal and ACKs/NACKs are
correctly generated
Fixed also here single byte read (probably)
	- debug-info for all toolchains set optimization to 0
	- i2c - open drain and clock enabled for i2c pins [K64F]
Solve also the problem with the SetSysClock function not declared in
sleep.c

HI,

I've merged this pull request manually again, to keep the tree looking at least relatively sane. Did you try to follow my suggestion to start from a fresh clone of the repository? I think it would make things easier from now on. Alternatively, you might consider rebasing, which is a good idea anyway:

Hi,
Yes I have tried several times to restart with a fresh clone but it didn't work, I still have all the requests history. I will have a look at your links.
Thanks

@bcostm ,

if you got any problems with git, feel free to contact us. I could have looked at your branch and see what I could do.
