Description

This commit eases the introduction of usb support for STM board

  • some config files has been moved to target directory
  • the target flags present in files present from unsupported dir has been removed.
    The NUCLEO_F103RB supports USBDEVICE

Status

there is a fix for this already in line, should be integreated soon. We will restart CI then and should become green.
