This PR updates the
mbed-os/features/mbedtlsdirectory to the upcoming mbedtls-2.4.2 release.Status

No changes required. Simply continue using mbed OS and mbed TLS as normal.
Steps to test or reproduce
The PR can be tested by using a version of mbed OS that contains the changes in this PR to compile the mbed TLS examples in the repository https://github.com/ARMmbed/mbed-os-example-tls. Please refer to the appropriate README.md in that repository for detailed instructions on how to build and run the examples.
