After last addition of a target, a new line was missing. That's why there was a redering problem with a header line (Supported Toolchains and IDEs was mixed with target Arch BLE).

That's weird. My last pull request just add lines and the README.md of my branch has a empty line. But the empty line is lost when merged.

Yes, I've seen that.
I also made a mistake, corrected in the following commit. The toolchains for the two new IDEs CoIDE and emBlocks in Readme.md were not correct.
