Description

Lots of issues filed didn't take the time to remove the boilerplate text and give the details needed. This format mimics the update to pull requests but inverts type and description.

Actually here it is visible what I pointed in another PR regarding checkboxes (see above referenced PR, 1 of 3 tasks complete). Thus if we leave it as we have PR template, should be fine, just not having checkboxes which is convenient but not in the current github form.

Like the form now 👍 follows PR type (consistency 💯 )

We shall we remove the - list from items, and should be good to go!

To move this forward (I like the simplification of the issue template - to follow what PR template is). I cherry-picked the first change here #6728 . Please review. We can close this one.
