Description

.astylerc rules have been applied on all STM32 files
(except Cube files in device/ directories)

Thanks @jeromecoutant for the update. I reviewed the files , all LGTM.

If you find find any AStyle inconsistency , let us know. We identified already few that resulted in fixing the config or the code itself.
