We have to update because there was a conflict in version requirements between mbed-host-tests (used by greentea) and pyOCD.
Tests are now working with the following versions:
mbed-host-tests to the latest 1.4.4 version
pyOCD to 0.14.2
In requirements.txt, this change is required in order to avoid future issues.
