Description

Wasn't sure which category this change falls under, so marked it as a "Test update".

Updating the versions to allow the latest releases of mbed-ls, mbed-host-tests, and mbed-greentea. More information on what's new can be found at https://github.com/ARMmbed/mbed-os-tools/releases.

mbed-greentea. This brings new target support, features, and bug fixes.
