[Synapse] Add support for Log Analytics and Event Hub in workspace auditing and sql pool auditing

Description

Added some parameters in cmdlet Set-AzSynapseSqlAuditSetting and Set-AzSynapseSqlPoolAuditSetting to support Log Analytics and Event Hub in workspace and sql pool level auditing.
