Customize AutoMapper to fix #18721

Description

Due to breaking change of .NET 7, AutoMapper default setting may lead exception. According to suggestion from AutoMapper/AutoMapper#4135, this pull request upgrades version of AutoMapper to the latest version with .NET standard 2.0 support.

However existing code cannot support AutoMapper 8.1.1. I back port fix into AutoMapper 6.2.2 and created customized assembly Microsoft.Azure.PowerShell.AutoMapper 6.2.2
