Description

Adding HRP column to the Get-AzRouteServer and Update-AzRouteServer calls.

Testing:
Get-AzRouteServer shows HubRoutingPreference
PS C:\Users\ksteinmeyer> Get-AzRouteServer -ResourceGroupName ksteinmeyer-test -RouteServerName routeServer

ResourceGroupName Name Location RouteServerAsn RouteServerIps ProvisioningState HubRoutingPreference

ksteinmeyer-test routeServer eastus 65515 {10.0.1.5, 10.0.1.4} Succeeded ExpressRoute

Update-AzRouteServer shows HubRoutingPreference
PS C:\Users\ksteinmeyer> Update-AzRouteServer -ResourceGroupName ksteinmeyer-test -RouteServerName routeServer -HubRoutingPreference ASPath

ResourceGroupName Name Location RouteServerAsn RouteServerIps ProvisioningState HubRoutingPreference

ksteinmeyer-test routeServer eastus 65515 {10.0.1.5, 10.0.1.4} Succeeded ASPath

Update-AzRouteServer only allows valid HubRoutingPreference to be set
PS C:\Users\ksteinmeyer> Update-AzRouteServer -ResourceGroupName ksteinmeyer-test -RouteServerName routeServer -HubRoutingPreference ExpressGarbledRoute
Update-AzRouteServer: Cannot validate argument on parameter 'HubRoutingPreference'. The argument "ExpressGarbledRoute" does not belong to the set "ExpressRoute,VpnGateway,ASPath" specified by the ValidateSet attribute. Supply an argument that is in the set and then try the command again.
