@markcowl Could you let me know why you added the Do Not Merge tag? You could add comments if anything wrong in this PR.

@TaraMeyer & @wh-alice for awareness.
We need to merge this PR into preview and master branch before the new release:

  1. Support to update full type information of command markdown help files in CI process.
  2. Update the target folder to save command markdown help files, due to the folder structure of content repo changed.
