Installing a 2-node cluster

(NOTE: it is assumed you have already read Install to have an idea what is needed).

Compared to simplest possible set up, setting up a multi-node cluster is not much more difficult. The only thing you need to modify is the configuration file -- and you typically use the same configuration file for all nodes (and possibly even for clients).
