@JakeGinnivan how does the Deployment side of this work? What trigger it?

Do we want to deploy initially to a MyGet feed, rather than directly to Chocolatey.org and/or nuget.org?

I want the deployment to be manual (click a button in appveyor). Im still figuring this stuff out :P
