- update to LibGit2Sharp.0.21.0.176
- no longer resource merge native assemblies. Instead package them and load from file system. This means better compat with non windows systems.
- no longer resource merge .net dependencies. instead ILMerge them
- dont merge pdbs. dont think we need stack traces for external libs and makes all the packages smaller
- also fixes The type initializer for '<Module>' threw an exception (Attempted to read or write protected memory) #565
-move over to ILMerge for normal dlls -let libgit resolve win32 dlls from the filesystem -dont ilmerge pdbs. dont think we need stack traces for external libs and makes all the packages smaller
