This pull request changes the compat entry for the SpecialFunctions package from 0.8, 0.9, 0.10 to 0.8, 0.9, 0.10, 1.0.

This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry. It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.

It seems ReverseDiff holds back SpecialFunctions in the tests.

Looking at the release notes, I don't think we are affected by any changes https://github.com/JuliaMath/SpecialFunctions.jl/releases/tag/v1.0.0

I just don't like to update compatibilities without them being tested 😛 It happened to me before that updates seemed to be fine or changes were not mentioned in the release notes, and in the end it actually broke something.
