This PR removes all things that were manually created in the
gh-pagesbranch (compare, e.g., https://github.com/JuliaGaussianProcesses/KernelFunctions.jl/tree/gh-pages with https://github.com/JuliaGaussianProcesses/AbstractGPs.jl/tree/gh-pages). These manual additions are not updated by Documenter, and hence users can end up with old and outdated documentation (as, e.g., in #204).
