This pull request changes the compat entry for the Functors package from 0.1 to 0.1, 0.2.

This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry. It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.

Functors 0.2 allows to specify only a subset of numerical fields, maybe the implementation could be updated.

LGTM and solve the Functors improvement another time?

Sounds good. We also have to add tests of the reconstruction, similar to JuliaGaussianProcesses/GPLikelihoods.jl#23. IIRC it is not tested currently.
