8fdb929 improved the use of Xvfb by using the
-aflag to allocate a free DISPLAY, this PR fixes that part for the debug images, since VNC was not starting because DISPLAY was not found.Xin the preceding checkbox, I verify that I have signed the Contributor License Agreement
