Rome maker fair release (Sloeber in Italian)

This is a special release for Rome Maker fair; introducing the Italian version of Sloeber.
People running Italian os should get Sloeber to be in Italian right away.
If you do dot have the Italian translation of eclipse; install the babel Italian plugin using the following update site
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/babel/update-site/R0.16.0/photon/
