feat: popup panel stacking (#510)
* Created PopupManager * PopupPanel now only represents an actual popup * When calling PopupManager, it will instantiate or reuse previous instances of the PopupPanel prefab to display the popup * Moving popup panels to new canvas in DDOL scene
