Update the documentation to for the delta_temperature property, and removed some extraneous comments in the example file. Thanks @kattni!

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython Bundle.

To use in CPython, pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-mcp9600.
