Add Cellular Usage Examples

This release:

• #32 Adds examples for using this library with the Adafruit FONA library

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython bundle.

To use in CPython, pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-minimqtt.
