BREAKING RELEASE: Some internal functions are now private

This library now has several optimizations including:

  • Smaller and more compact
  • Support for 480x80 Displays added
  • Fixes for latest 4.0 stable release

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython bundle.
