Fixed bug causing NeoTrellis Boards to crash CircuitPython since speedups due to reading too fast by increasing default Read Delay.

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython bundle.

To use in CPython, pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-seesaw.
