This board runs Saola WROVER firmware flawlessly and is functionally identical from the software perspective.
Physically it's more like the ESP32-S3-DevKitC-1 boards.
Physical differences from Saola to this board:
Saola WROVER VID/PID are re-used in this PR.
Tested NeoPixel, USB, and serial debug. Flash and PSRAM sizes confirmed on target hardware.
