I don't get this example - how would someone know how to operate it without any comments of reference to the example.yaml which I assumes associated with it?
In general I don't really understand what this example show...

This PR contains Dynamic Configuration as a new feature, and also improves upon metrics with metrics v2 (namepsace metrics).
