New behavior in 4.0 for stepsArray can be annoying

In 4.0, the behavior of stepsArray has changed has requested in #328. However, in some cases, the old behavior has better so we need to add an option to choose between the 2 behaviors and set the default to the old one.

Idea of option name: useRealValueForStepsArray: true

Finally, it will be bindIndexForStepsArray and won't be default.
