Introduced ES6 modules in the source codes.
Improved build process with Webpack.
Added sourcemaps. Fixed dev-server.
Removed 'ui.scroll.jqlite' module. Added jqLiteExtras service to 'ui.scroll' module.
Significantly changed readme.
