Changes the APIs that were marked as deprecated for v12. BREAKING CHANGES: * `_viewRepeater`, `_coalescedStyleScheduler` and `_viewportRuler` parameters of the `CdkTable` constructor are now required. * `_coalescedStyleScheduler` parameter of the `StickyStyler` constructor is now required.
