- refactored code that EEPROM does not permanently reserves 2048 bytes
- use RTC for MRD in case of ESP8266 EEPROM
- removed unused function checkDynamicData()
- createHTML(): moved strings to flash
…cData(), only read DynamicData if checksum is ok, do not init dynamic data with "blank"
