First of all, thank you very much for your incredible work on AWS Amplify. Really loving it.
Cookie consent management for the ePrivacy, GDPR and CCPA are mandatory requirements to meet to ship a product, at least in EU. Proper Cookies documentation is then a mandatory asset to move AWS Amplify applications to production.
I'm writing to you to kindly ask for documentation related to the Cookie in use while adopting AWS Amplify as a framework.
I know that not all cookies are directly used by Amplify libs, like Cognito cookies for instance, but to have central documentation (also linking to other AWS documentation) would be really ideal.

It would be nice to have centralized documentation in which the whole list of cookies used by AWS Amplify framework (and AWS services part of AWS Amplify) is present.

I tried looking for documentation on the internet related to the following list of Cookie, but it seems few/none resources are available.
The list of Cookie i discovered so far in my application are (* is a placeholder for an auto-generated ID):
