feat(crossplane): Add context to isUpToDate and return diff

This adds a context.Context parameter to the isUpToDate function in the Crossplane controller template.

Required for crossplane-contrib/provider-aws#1828.

I'm waiting for a aws-controllers-k8s member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

@jaypipes as a maintainer of crossplane-community/provider-aws, I approve this PR. It would be nice to have it merged. We could also consider moving the templates into provider-aws if we have/get support for external templates, so we don't have to bother you on changes like this.
