Includes the ActionDispatch DynamoDB session storage pulled out of aws-sdk-rails. It includes the rake tasks and generators. The generators are loaded automatically but the rake tasks will only be loaded in aws-sdk-rails.
Migration plan: aws-sdk-rails ~> 4 will depend on this with backwards compatibility, but aws-sdk-rails ~> 5 will not.
