This PR adds interfaces for HTTP requests and responses largely modeled on those used in node's
httpmodule. The body of a message is expected to be a buffer, string, or a genericStreamTypethat defaults toUint8Arraybut should be parameterized as a WHATWGReadableStreamin a browser or as astream.Readablein node.
