Description of changes:
Adds support for online store storage type input in create feature group, using which customer can optionally select to use Standard or InMemory storage types for their feature group.
Add support for collection types (Set, List, and Vector) for defining a feature in a feature group.

Testing done: Unit test and Integration Test.
