We should change for deepspeed, fastertranformer and cpu-full as well?

@frankfliu Those ones are fine. The issue is that the neuron images are only released on a subset of the regions compared to the rest of the DLC images. However, we just made them the same, likely due to some copy and pasting. We just need to fix the neuron ones in this case
